Clem Davis Roofing provided tear-off and re-roofing services on our home 11 years ago. Their skilled team was professional and cleaned up the area nicely when done. We’ve contacted them twice since original install for minor repairs and both times they were prompt and reasonably priced.

I’d like to thank Clem Davis for fairly and accurately quoting my repair job and understanding the urgency of it. I was in the middle of renewing my mortgage, which this repair was holding up, so time was of the essence. Other referrals I received simply told me they were booked through August (this was April) and to call someone else. The foreman was very prompt, courteous and honest. Work was completed as promised. It was a little job for Clem Davis, but it was my home to me. They understood that. I will need a replacement roof soon and I will only call them as I know their work ethic and they understand the value of a client with each job, big or small. To the average homeowner, any job for us is big. They get that. Many thanks!! 

Their bid was very competitive for the roof and the skylights. I chose to have them do everything, so that if there is ever a leak, I can deal with only 1 provider. They used the best grade of shake (1), liberal ice guard, and several new vents. No early deposit was required. The workers were very polite and professional. The office was always in touch if there was a storm delay and the boss often stopped by to see how things were going. Only small sections of roof were opened at one time, so if it started to rain, they could finish up that small area. I never had any leaks during the work. They did not place a dumpster, but used a dump truck daily and cleaned up every evening. My home always looked very nice during the work. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of their work and would recommend them highly.

Clem Davis was recommended to us by our long time finished carpenter. We had two other bids. Clem Davis bid a fair price (lower than two other bids) and set reasonable prices for upgrades/changes. In addition to our reroof job, we asked for rerouting of our gutters. We also asked them to put gutters and downspouts on our shed (feeding into a rain barrel). They did a great job. The workers placed safety barriers on our roof and were clearly conscientious about a safe work environment. The workers were also very careful to clean up the job site. They were kind to our landscaping. I would recommend Clem Davis highly and without reservation.

The crew of workers are very polite and competent in doing their jobs. The contacts (Mike Moses for the roof project) from the company are particularly easy to talk to about our project. Thank you in getting the job done.
